He had just been to his first Pro Bowl, he had led the Eagles to their first playoff victory of the new millennium, and he was a season away from getting signed to a 12 year, $115 million contract as his team's new franchise player. But as everyone and their mother knows, you're not a true star in this league until the first time you shill for canned goods.
